These Terms of Use govern your use of the Human Mobile website and Founding Member waitlist. By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.

Early-stage service

Human Mobile is currently in development. Joining the waitlist does not create a customer relationship, guarantee service availability, reserve a mobile plan, or require you to purchase anything.

No launch guarantee

Launch timing, coverage, network partners, pricing, features, offers, and service availability may change. We may delay, modify, or discontinue the planned service or Founding Member program at any time.

Founding Member communications

By joining the waitlist, you agree to receive emails related to Human Mobile, including development updates, surveys, launch information, and founding member offers. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false or misleading information, or use automated tools to create fraudulent signups.

Intellectual property

The Human Mobile name, logos, website design, written content, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Human Mobile and may not be copied or used without permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party services

The website may rely on third-party hosting, database, email, analytics, and infrastructure providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and may occasionally be unavailable.

The website and waitlist are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about uninterrupted operation, accuracy, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability
